SA Beauty Supplies aims for same day despatch on orders placed before 2pm, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 2pm will be despatched the next working day. For local SA deliveries, orders placed before 10am are delivered same day (subject to destination and courier workload) otherwise next day. Road Freight & interstate delivery times vary from next day to Melbourne metro suburbs and up to 5 days to Perth metro suburbs. Please call for transit times to regional suburbs around Australia.
Please note any items not available to despatch will be held on backorder and shipped as soon as they become available. We will call or email our customers if at any time there will be a possible lengthy delay in despatch of their order. SA Beauty Supplies aims to offer competitive rates on despatching your order. We use reputable freight companies for both local (SA metro / outer-metro) and interstate couriers including Australia Post where applicable.
SA Beauty Supplies does NOT ship outside of Australia and some brands are restricted for sale in some states in accordance with specific distribution agreements.
**PLEASE NOTE - Any Redelivery or redirect charges, not the fault of SA Beauty Supplies, will be passed on to customer. If requested delivery location is not always open during business hours, either an Authority to Leave is required (ensure a safe / secure location is possible) or an alternate address is required. If item is sent using Australia Post, a calling card should be left if no one can accept delivery, indicating pick up from the nearest Post Office or facility (redelivery is not possible once calling card has been left and item must be picked up from Post Office. Photo ID will be required).
Product warranties are held with the manufactures of the products we offer for sale. If an item has been approved by SA Beauty Supplies for repair or replacement, the item will need to be returned to us at your expense. We will then cover any charges involved with having the item shipped to the manufacturer. If the product requires you to deal directly with the manufacturer, we will provide you with all necessary contact details.
